OBJECTIVE

The objective of this training is providing better understanding and building awareness of identifying the hazard and assessing the risk as foundation to create safe workplace. Participants are engaged to be active both in class theory and workshop, hence, it helps participant understand the theory and practicality to develop and create safe workplace.

OUTPUT OF TRAINING

The program has been designed to have 2 days in class which consist of 1 day theory program and 1 day of workshop on Hazard Identification and collective risk assessment to create safe workplace.

After the training, participants are expecting to have awareness as follow:

  • Clear understanding of safe workplace program;
  • Understanding the hazard;
  • Able to identify hazard within the smelter facility;
  • Stop, identify hazard, do risk assessment, take action to prevent and mitigation, continue the work;
  • Develop the risk register;
  • Communicate the risk to all personnel across the smelter facility;
  • Collective responsibility to create safe workplace;
  • Everyone has the role to create safe workplace;
  • Developing the safe workplace procedure;
  • Implementing the safe workplace within the smelter facility;
  • Maintaining safe workplace.
