Gerard Chai recently retired after a distinguished 40-year career, including 28 years at Korn Ferry, the world’s largest executive search and human capital firm. There, he served as Managing Director and later Chairman of the Singapore operation, developing an extensive and deep network. Specializing in advanced technology assignments, Gerard focused on senior executive searches for high-tech and computer-related clients. He has successfully completed more than 100 searches in areas such as computer hardware and software, data networking, and IT professional services. Prior to Korn Ferry, Gerard spent 11 years in sales and marketing roles at NCR Corporation, Tandem Computers, and Fiserv Inc1.
