Extraordinary IT Leadership - The LIFT Leadership Programme

For most organisations the difference between success and failure on critical IT projects is rarely a case of choosing the right or wrong technologies – it almost always comes down to factors such as communication, engagement, innovation approaches, and leadership.

Hence, this highly immersive programme is focused on equipping current and emerging leaders with the. necessary skills to build and run a forward looking. innovative, high performance IT function. One that is capable of delivering effective technology enabled change, accelerating innovation, and ultimately leading business transformation.

Each level can be offered as a five day open enrolment or customised organisational programme – where the length can be extended in a more customised design.

The LIFT Leadership programme focuses on four critical levers of leadership in a fast changing future:

  • Learning at speed
  • Innovation
  • Foresight
  • Transformation
