Judging Criteria

• No. of nominations received for the same category

• Substantiation of past awards for similar leadership achievements

• Notable leadership experiences  provided by nominators 

• Provision of comprehensive supplementary documentation to substantiate nomination

However, if it is a self-nomination, it is encouraged to get your peers or colleagues to submit a nomination for you. 


No. There are no fees for participating and submitting a nomination for the Awards.

Winners will be notified via email prior to the ceremony and the awards will be presented on the following dates  in the following countries: 

  • 25 May 2023 | Singapore 
  • 28 Aug – 1 Sept 2023 | Awards to be presented for winners from Malaysia, Thailand & Philippines during the SPARK Digital Leaders Summit
  • 26 September 2023 | Indonesia

The award winners (for Singapore) will be announced to the public on 26th May on our official website (, a day after the private awards ceremony held on the 25th of May.

This will apply to the other countries, whereby public announcements are made the day after the ceremony.

All nominations are kept anonymous to nominees recipients, nominators may feel free to get in touch with their nominees to inform them of nominations made.

Nominations for different categories include key attributes of leadership qualities, nominators also are encouraged to cite supporting evidence of past projects, initiatives or working experiences they might have had with the nominee. Additionally, nominators are encouraged to cite past awards to support nominations. The judging and scoring criteria include: no. of nominations received by industry peers, quality of supporting evidence and past awards to support the nominee.

All award winners from Singapore will be announced to the public on 26th May on our official website ( the day after the private awards dinner, on the 25th of May.

The upcoming awards dinner on 25th of May will recognise only award winners from Singapore, nominations and judging for other countries are still ongoing, and awards presentations will be conducted in other countries at the later part of the year.

None at all, award winners are recognised solely based on merit. We will invite award winners for media (video, written and voice podcast) interviews to share about their leadership experiences. Interested award winners will be featured in subsequent case studies and interviews after consent has been given.
