Caleb Ying is a seasoned transformation leader with extensive experience in driving digital adoption and IT innovation. He specializes in leveraging user empathy-based design thinking to create agile platforms through DevSecOps, SRE, automation, cloud, containerization, and microservices architecture. Caleb has successfully implemented e-commerce, digital channels, and data platforms to enhance customer targeting, customization, and data-driven decision-making. As an experienced CISO, he has managed large teams of transition managers, engineers, and analysts to deliver global technology operations across 50 countries for multinational corporations and local enterprises. Caleb also served as Ministry CIO for Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education, overseeing IT infrastructure and operations for 40 overseas missions and leading a $750 million SOE project. Known for turning around underperforming business units and winning large deals exceeding $50 million, Caleb is a direct seller and deal-maker who builds sustainable business models to drive performance and growth.
