BIOGRAPHY

Shenton specialises in Performance Improvement and Organisational Behaviour

Shenton started his career as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. The call of the helping profession led his to pursue a career in HR with a specialisation on learning and performance. His unique career experience in the military, private sector, public service and volunteer organisations has given him a broad perspective of leading, learning and legacies.

 

Shenton has a Master of Science Degree in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is a member of the Chartered College of Teaching (London).  He is also a behavioural analyst, coaching executives using brain-friendly approaches.
