During this Masterclass, Manish shared proven practitioner frameworks and relevant leadership experiences in navigating common challenges that large organisations face during their RPA journeys.

In opening the session, Rama, CEO CIO Academy Asia, shared a video about how a large financial organisation leveraged RPA to improve their staff’s productivity by initially automating their repeated admin tasks in certain selected functional areas. This later led to tackling other more complex tasks in the organisation. Rama also mentioned that from the pre-event feedback, most of the participants were either in the early stages or about to initiate their respective PRA journeys. As such, the masterclass would be relevant to all involved.

In his initial remarks, Manish discussed components of a framework of the RPA journey with four distinct stages: prove, establish, expand and scale. This was followed by a group-based self-assessment of RPA journey. Participants discussed what challenges they faced and how they could overcome them in their RPA journey and shared their insights using an anchor framework.
