It was a well spent late afternoon of conversations and insights with the supply chain logistics, transportation and manufacturing industries on how to accelerate innovation in the digital supply chain with specific focus on mobility.

CIO Academy Asia in partnership with  Samsung Electronics Singapore held their third #hashtech series at PSA with host Lawrence Ng, Regional Head of IT, PSA, who shared case studies of PSA’s digital journey. There was also an executive dialogue with – Ian C., Head of Regional Mobile B2B, Southeast Asia & Oceania, Samsung Electronics and Donald Lum, Vice President, Innovation, Technology Excellence and Data Analytics, SATS, moderated by CIO Academy. Donald from SATS shared how they transformed their operations staff at the airport with mobility solutions which made a big impact to their overall business agility.

We were also treated to a guided tour of PSA’s Operations Centre where the monitoring and supervision of their automated yard cranes takes place.
